Both resistance (weight) training and endurance exercise can decrease the body’s energy stores and lead to fluid and electrolyte loss. Hot and humid environments can further increase this process that may result in a drop of performance. Therefore it can be beneficial to replenish all lost vital substrates. Isotec Endurance provides a “tri-carb” source that means 3 different characteristic carbohydrates.

The prepared carbohydrate-electrolyte drink contributes to the maintenance of endurance performance during prolonged endurance exercise and enhances the absorption of water during physical exercise. Vitamin C helps to maintain the normal function of the immune system during and after intense exercise. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 200 mg (found in 1 serving of Isotec Endurance) in addition to the recommended daily intake of Vitamin C! Vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.*

Some of Isotec Endurance’s mineral ingredients contribute to one or more of the following beneficial physiological effects*:

  • Normal energy-yielding metabolism
  • Reduction of tiredness and fatigue
  • Normal functioning of the nervous system: neurotransmission and muscle contraction including heart muscle

Directions

Add 1/2 scoop (33 grams) of Isotec Endurance to 500 ml water daily. Use it during exercise to replenish carbohydrates, fluid and electrolytes (minerals). Isotec Endurance can also be utilized 30-60 minutes prior to activity to provide pre-workout carb- and fluid-loading, or post-workout to help restore muscle glycogen stores.
