May contain traces of gluten, milk, soy, egg, and nuts.
Usage
Mix 1/2 scoop (2.5 g) with 250 ml of preferred liquid.
On training days consume 1 serving 30 minutes before workout and 1 serving at any time during the day.
On non-training days consume 1 serving in the morning and 1 serving at any time during the day.
