ENERGY GEL is as much as 60 mg of anhydrous caffeine per serving. In the study conducted, the addition of caffeine increased the intensity of the workout. The mild stimulant raised post-workout energy expenditure by 15 per cent and also lowered the RER. This means that the body drew less energy from carbohydrates and more from fat [1].
The gel also contains magnesium and potassium, which support muscle function [2]. Magnesium reduces feelings of fatigue and tiredness and also has a beneficial effect on electrolyte balance [3], which is key during intense exercise.

Take a portion of the gel (60 g) before or during your planned workout.
